Device Media Access

Planso requests access to your device's media library to help you select and schedule media for your social posts. You can choose to provide either:

• Limited access: Select specific photos/videos individually
• Full access: Allow Planso to access your entire media library

Important: Your media files (photos and videos) remain stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers, with the exception of profile pictures and content you explicitly choose to publish.

Content you have chosen to publish on third-party social media platforms via Planso will remain on those platforms according to their respective retention policies, even after your Planso account is deleted.
