Introduction

Welcome to Planso. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our social media planning application, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

By accessing or using Planso, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our application.

User Accounts

When you create an account with Planso, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Restricting access to your device and account
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

User Content

Our application allows you to upload, store, and share content. By submitting content through Planso, you:

• Retain all ownership rights to your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services
• Represent that you own or have necessary permissions for all content you submit

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it through third-party platforms via our application.

Subscription Services

Planso offers subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscriptions provide access to premium features for the duration of your subscription period
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• All payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• We use RevenueCat to manage subscription data and provide subscription analytics

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at your next renewal date, and you will be notified in advance as required by the app store policies.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for subscriptions. These offers are subject to additional terms and conditions, including:

• Limited availability and eligibility requirements
• Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
• One-time use per user (unless otherwise specified)
• Cannot be combined with other offers

Trial and promotional offer terms are managed by the app stores and subject to their policies. You can cancel during the trial period to avoid charges.

Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate and complete billing information to the app store
• Be bound by the app store's payment terms and conditions
• Accept that we do not have direct access to your payment information

Failed Payments

If payment for your subscription fails, the app store will handle retry attempts according to their policies. Your subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be processed.

Third-Party Payment Processing

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and analytics. RevenueCat receives subscription information from the app stores but does not process payments directly. Your payment information remains with Apple or Google according to their respective privacy and security policies.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

• iOS users: Contact Apple Support or request through your App Store account
• Android users: Contact Google Play Support or request through your Play Store account

Service Termination

If we terminate your account for violation of these terms, you may not be eligible for a refund of any unused subscription fees. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and work with the app stores regarding refunds for unused subscription periods.

Media Access and Usage

Planso may request access to your device's media library to facilitate social media planning. By granting such access, you understand that:

• You can choose between limited or full access to your media library
• Your media files remain stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to publish them
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you schedule for publication

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Planso for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable as detailed below. You are prohibited from generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting any content that falls into the following categories:

1. Child Safety and Protection

• Any content involving harm, sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors. This includes adult themes when children are involved or are the intended audience.

2. Harmful or Inappropriate Content

• Sexual content, including pornography, explicit nudity, or sexually suggestive content.
• Hate speech, including content that promotes violence, incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Bullying or harassment targeting individuals.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates suicide or self-harm.
• Promotion of dangerous activities or challenges.

3. Illegal Activities

• Depiction or promotion of drug use, manufacture, or sale (excluding legally prescribed medications).
• Instructions or promotion of weapons, ammunition, or explosives manufacture or use.
• Promotion or facilitation of any illegal behavior or criminal activities.
• Content depicting or promoting underage substance use (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Financial crimes, scams, or fraud.

4. Dangerous Products or Services

• Promotion or facilitation of the sale or trade of firearms, ammunition, and other weapons.
• Promotion of dangerous substances (e.g., recreational drugs, explosive materials).
• Promotion of unregulated or unproven medical treatments or products.
• Facilitating underage access to controlled goods (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, fireworks).

5. Financial & Gambling Risks

• Providing unlicensed financial advice or promoting unregulated financial services.
• Promotion of gambling services, lotteries, or casinos where not legally permitted.
• Exploitative schemes, including multi-level marketing or "get rich quick" schemes.
• Cryptocurrency or investment fraud, including misleading claims or undisclosed promotions.

6. Health Misinformation

• Content that contradicts established medical consensus on public health issues.
• Promotion of unproven or harmful cures, remedies, or health practices.
• Anti-vaccination messages or conspiracy theories.
• Content that discourages individuals from seeking professional medical advice or treatment.

7. Privacy Violations

• Doxxing (sharing private, identifying information about an individual without their consent).
• Stalking or promoting stalking behavior.
• Instructions or tools for unauthorized surveillance.
• Sharing personal information, images, or videos without explicit consent from all identifiable individuals.

8. IP Infringement & Deception

• Violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Promotion of piracy, including sharing links to pirated content or tools for circumventing copyright protection.
• Instructions or tools for hacking, cracking, or unauthorized system access.
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or Planso staff.
• Deceptive content, including manipulated media (deepfakes, edited videos) intended to mislead or defraud, or spreading knowingly false information that can cause harm.

Additionally, you agree not to use the application for any purpose that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with the proper working of the application

Third-Party Services

Planso integrates with third-party services, including social media platforms, payment processors, and subscription management services. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• The terms and conditions of those third parties
• Authentication requirements set by those platforms
• Limitations or changes imposed by those platforms that may affect our service

App Store Services

When you purchase subscriptions, you are contracting directly with Apple (via App Store) or Google (via Play Store). Your subscription purchases are subject to their respective terms of service, and any billing disputes should be directed to them.

RevenueCat Integration

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription data and analytics. RevenueCat's services are subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. RevenueCat acts as a service provider to help us manage your subscription status but does not process payments directly.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services connected to our application, including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, and social media platforms.

Intellectual Property Rights

The application, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Planso and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our application, except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of Planso is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our application will always be secure, error-free, or available at all times. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features, and subscription services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. You are responsible for configuring your technology to access our application and should use your own virus protection software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the application
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any changes to or cessation of the service
• Deletion or corruption of content or communications
• Billing disputes, payment failures, or subscription management issues with app stores
• Loss of premium features due to subscription expiration or payment issues
• Any actions or omissions by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Planso immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or us.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the application.

Effect on Subscriptions

Account termination does not automatically cancel your subscription with Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must separately cancel your subscription through your app store account to avoid future charges. We cannot cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.

If we terminate your account for violation of these terms, you will lose access to premium features immediately, but your subscription with the app store will continue until you cancel it. Refunds for terminated accounts are subject to the app store's refund policies.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
