Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule posts?

Post scheduling is now available in Planso. Here's how to use it:

  1. Open the app and connect your social account(s).
  2. Create a new post and select your media and caption.
  3. Choose Schedule, then pick your date, time, and timezone.
  4. Tap Save to add it to your content calendar.

You can edit or cancel a scheduled post anytime before it publishes.

Why can't I access my photos?

We don't store your photos on our servers or in the cloud. All media remains on your device, which means if you uninstall the app, the photos will be unlinked from your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
